How we work

FOUR PHASES. NO SURPRISES.

Same process whether the contract is ₱20M or ₱2B. Documented at every gate. Owner sees the same dashboards we do.

Pre-construction

Site walk, scope alignment, GMP estimate. Two weeks for a typical commercial scope.

Mobilization

Permits filed, subs locked, schedule baselined. Project board live in week one.

03

Build

Daily safety stand-up. Weekly owner walk. Schedule + budget against baseline, every Friday.

04

Closeout

Punch list, commissioning, as-builts, O&M. Final binder in your hands at handover.
