VOLT/45 is a strength-and-conditioning gym in BGC. 45-minute coached classes, real barbells, real lifts. Up to 12 humans per class. No mirrors, no influencers.
Every class is 45 minutes. Coached by humans, programmed weekly, scaled to where you are today — not where the influencer told you to be.
Barbell-based. Squat, press, deadlift, pull. Linear progression for new lifters, periodized cycles for veterans.
Conditioning circuits. Sled pushes, ski erg, kettlebells, sandbags. High HR, low BS.
Olympic weightlifting technique. Snatch, clean, jerk. Coached one-on-one in a small group setting.
Strength + conditioning, alternating blocks. Our most popular class. Book it three days a week and call it done.
Mobility, breathwork, soft-tissue work. Sundays and Wednesday evenings. Bring socks.
Private sessions for technique, prep, or rehab. 60 mins, by appointment, with a head coach.
Class capacity 12 humans. Booking opens 14 days out and we sell out the 6:30 PM Hybrid every Tuesday — book early.
Every class is run by a head coach who programs the block and knows your name by week two. We don't pull warm bodies off the gym floor.
14 years. NSCA-CSCS. Was on the national weightlifting team for two seasons. Programs Strength 45.
10 years. Former military PT instructor. Sub-3 marathoner. Will make you do another sled push.
L2 USA Weightlifting. Teaches the snatch the way you should've learned it the first time.
9 years. PT-licensed. Runs Hybrid 45 and our Sunday Recover sessions. Yoga before yoga was cool.
Month-to-month, cancel any time, freeze when you travel. We don't believe in 12-month contracts that punish you for taking a vacation.
